30 years long journey of our Promoters of this group has been like a roller coaster ride wherein there have been ups and downs but as what matters is how we bounce back and find solutions to the problems that come in our Path. Similarly Promoters of Kirtani Constructions which now is Modera had started the journey of entering into construction industry in 1985 which was then driven single handedly by Mr. Ajay Kirtani. Kirtani Constructions was founded in Ahmednagar and started executing construction Projects from Ahmednagar. As the work was recognized and appreciated by our customers at Ahmednagar, single handedly driven organization multiplied the number of people and teams into. With the increased skilled professionals we could deliver execution of various construction and Contracting Projects in various sectors such as Educational sector, Business Sector, Professional sector , Hotel Sector etc.

Around Year 2000, Our Team was proficient to bid and get through for successful accomplishments of Projects in Pune, Navi Mumbai, in and around cities falling within 120-200 km. radius from Pune. Starting from merely providing of Consultancy & Supervisory services to building of Bungalows to creation of Commercial complexes, and further creation of residential complex to cracking for getting projects of well known educational Institutes such as Bharati Vidyapeth Pune and Mumbai and further expanding to construction of Hotels & resorts out of which few turned out to be known as Landmarks, through such projects the experience and expertise of our Organization has grown.

We have a history of executing 5 to 10 sites at a time all with different Architectural designs & functional features with efficient teams of sound technical knowledge and application of same practically on Sites. We have been capable enough to take up the Projects and complete it as per the scheduled deadlines set by our customers.
Through Our Projects executed for our customers we have always aimed for satisfaction of our customer and ensured to contribute towards providing best quality services towards Construction & Contracting, Builder Line, Support & Consultancy services which can add to the growth and development of Construction industry in India. We have good relations and tie ups with various teams required for execution of contracts, our teams are capable of starting the execution on new contracts within a period of less than a week.
We are soon expanding our horizons by entering into providing infrastructure and related development services. Infrastructure Development seems to be upcoming sector which shall be in boom. For any country good infrastructure is always required for the fast development. World all around has an eye towards India as an most beneficial and growing country in coming times. Similarly Government is also making moves to attract investments in India and shall definitely bring in lot of changes in the infrastructure. Taking same as an opportunity, we are on the verge of soon entering this sector.
